Originally, we were a real estate agency. Like any entrepreneur, our goal was to provide quality service to our clients. However, the use of numerous service providers and multiple subscriptions due to the fragmentation of service offerings dampened our enthusiasm. We initially began by internalizing the marketing function and increasingly embracing new technologies.

While the approach was more efficient, we were disappointed to invest so much in integrating visuals of our listings into portals that were not well-optimized for users. We also felt that we were not sufficiently highlighted, which hindered our ability to effectively communicate about our services. Content is king! Experience is queen!

In 2020, we launched the first version of DoorInsider and collaborated with 500+ real estate professionals to refine the project. Thanks to this 6-year experience, we have reached the current version and begun to deliver on our vision.

The subscription is done entirely online. Choose a subscription and follow the steps! Make sure to select the correct country, as offers may vary from one country to another.

Yes. Your subscription is automatically prorated upon Stripe Checkout payment.

These fees cover the setup of your account and, if applicable, the setup of the gateway.

DoorInsider is currently connected to more than 100 CRMs. If your CRM is not listed, select and fill in the 'Other' field. We will contact your CRM and explore the possibilities of integration. You can still subscribe online, access our services, and create your listings using the dedicated form: Dashboard > My Listings > Create a Listing

You will receive a confirmation email and a link to log into your account and follow onboarding steps.

Above 200 listings, the subscription plan is doubled in increments of 100 listings.

For example, if you have subscribed to the Premium subscription at €89 excluding tax, as soon as we receive your 201st listing, the subscription will be automatically adjusted. The total subscription amount will then be €178 excluding tax (€89 x 2). Upon receiving the 301st listing, the amount will be automatically adjusted to €267 excluding tax, and so on. Please note that this example is based on crossing a threshold on the 1st of the month. If the threshold is crossed during the month, the first installment for the relevant bracket is prorated for the current month.

If during our partnership, you approach a new bracket, you will be informed and notified via email multiple times to adjust the data feeds as needed. The subscription is automatically adjusted based on the receipt of your data feeds. You don't need to take any action.

Note: this applies to increases in volume, and we do not adjust the price based on decreases in volume. In other words, if you have exceeded 200 listings and then return to 200 listings or fewer the following month, your subscription will not be adjusted downward. If your volume decrease is consistent over time, please contact our customer service.

Your smartphone must support capturing 360-degree photos to be compatible with our software. Here are some popular smartphones that offer this feature:

• iPhone 11 or later models
• Samsung Galaxy S20 or later models
• Google Pixel 4 or later models

We recommend using wide-angle lenses (Fisheye lens) to enhance panoramic capture. Make sure your smartphone is compatible with such accessories if you plan to use them. You can find a wide variety of them on Amazon.

Additionally, we recommend using a stable tripod for panoramic capture, as it helps keep your smartphone steady during shooting. Look for a lightweight and portable tripod with a swivel head to facilitate panoramic capture.

Yes, if you have a DSLR camera with the ability to take panoramic photos, you can also use these images in our software. Just make sure that the images are stitched together in a panoramic format before uploading them.
